Returns & Refunds Policy
At Crooked Finger Farm, every plant is grown and packaged with care. Because plants are living, perishable organisms, our return policy reflects the unique nature of what we sell.
All Sales Final
All live plant sales are final. We do not accept returns on live plant material. Once a plant has left our facility, we cannot accept it back due to the biological risks involved in returning live organisms.
Damaged or Dead on Arrival
We stand behind the health of every plant we ship. If your plant arrives in significantly poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the plant and packaging
Claims submitted after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for review. Upon evaluation, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Live Arrival Guarantee Conditions
Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only when the following conditions are met:
- You reviewed your local weather forecast before placing your order and conditions were suitable for shipping.
- A 72-hour heat pack and/or insulation add-on was purchased if temperatures at the origin or destination were expected to fall below 50°F during transit.
- The package was not left unattended outdoors for an extended period after delivery.
Orders that do not meet these conditions are not covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee.
Shipping Errors
If you received the wrong plant or your order was incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
